Geosense vibrating wire displacement transducers are used to measure strains greater than those possible with the VWS-2000 and VWS-2100 family of strain gauges.
The VWS-5000 family of displacement transducers covers a standard displacement range up to 150 mm in ranges from 25 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm 100 mm and 150 mm. Special units are available for up to 300 mm displacement range.
