MIKOLIT®

Borehole sealing pellets which ensure optimum performance, together with simple and efficient installation. Wyoming and European type Bentonites are generally used for such applications.

MIKOLIT® B

A high-swelling Bentonite finely ground and compressed into 6mm diameter rods. It is not chemically treated and is therefore safe for use in water wells.

Superior swelling properties  -  525% fresh water, 125% sea water
Very low permeability  -  < 10-12  m/s
Delayed swelling action  -  4 hours

MIKOLIT®300

A blend of pure clay and 300% Bentonite finely ground and compressed into 6mm diameter rods to provide excellent swelling properties together with the environmental advantages of  pure clay.

Excellent swelling properties  - 100% fresh water
Low permeability  -  < 10-11  m/s
Delayed swelling action  -  2 hours

MIKOLIT® 00

A pure ‘Brunssum’ clay finely ground and compressed into 6mm diameter rods to provide a low permeability seal similar to ‘in-situ’ clays.
