Passive Venting Systems

Passive venting of low quality landfill gas or other methane gas sources can be effectively controlled by the installation of passive venting systems.

It comprises a horizontal network of slotted HDPE pipes connected and fed to vertical venting columns. the columns are normally fitted with a rotating aspiromatic cowl to provide a small vacuum and increase the efficiency of extraction. Static type cowls are also available.
