Portable Geothermal Grout Pump

An exciting new solution for mixing geothermal grouts on site was on display at trade exhibition Geotechnica this month attracting huge interest from visitors.

Key features of the pump, which is manufactured in Germany, are that it is portable, yet robust and can be powered entirely from the hydraulics and electric supply (12V, 24V, 48V) on most drilling rigs eliminating the need for additional mains power, generators or diesel engines.
Once primed, with a direct water feed, it continually  produces consistently mixed grout - bags are added easily through the hopper- meaning an end to time-consuming batch mixing.
