When you send items back for service of repair, we know you’re looking for a simple, quick and efficient service. The following returns procedure has been introduced to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Prior to returning any goods you should contact MGS for a Returns Authorisation Number and then complete the appropriate forms.

The following forms are available to download in PDF format. Simply click to download them and then print off a copy. Excel versions are available on request. The forms must be completed and enclosed with any returned products.
