Metric Casing
Made from cold drawn seamless tubing grade metric casing is designed to be used in conjunction with the metric core barrels, TT, B, T2, T6 series and dynamic sampling tooling.
It is used in exploratory drilling to keep the formed borehole open for several reasons:
- To maintain sample quality
- Improve productivity
- Keep the borehole open while it is being drilled
- Stop cross contamination
- Stop ground water ingress
- Install instrumentation
