Portland cement (often referred to as Ordinary Portland Cement or OPC) is a type CEM I cement and comprises up to 5% of minor additional constituents.
It can be mixed with ballast, sand and gravel for concreting or together with Bentonite for grouting.
It is manufactured to comply with the requirements of BS EN 197-1 CEM I Portland cement strength class 52.5N.
