Streamlined Calibration and Repair Service Now Available Through MGS
MGS, a leading UK-based supplier of geotechnical products, has announced the launch of QED Express servicing for QED Environmental Systems gas analysers purchased in the UK. This new offering simplifies the process of calibration, repair, and maintenance for QED equipment, significantly reducing turnaround times and eliminating the hassle of overseas shipping.
As the exclusive UK partner of QED Environmental Systems, MGS now acts as the facilitator for the QED Express program. This service offers comprehensive support including product inspection, filter changes, calibration, firmware and software updates, and repairs or replacements of components such as sensors, lenses, keypads, batteries, USB cables, transducers and tubing.
“As QED’s trusted distribution partner, we’re thrilled to bring the QED Express Service to our UK customers,” said Anthony Stupak, Managing Director at MGS. “Previously, UK users had to organise their own returns and logistics for servicing, potentially facing long delays and high shipping costs. With MGS handling the logistics locally, our customers benefit from access to the QED Express Service, faster turnaround and a hassle-free experience.”
Under the new QED Express arrangement, UK customers simply need to provide their analyser’s model and serial number along with the service required. MGS will coordinate the entire process—collection, servicing, and return—making it easy and efficient. The service applies to any QED instrument currently covered under an annual service agreement.
As a UK-based distributor, MGS offers the QED Express Service, guaranteeing a 10-day factory turnaround* so that customers can get their equipment back in operation quickly.
